One door, many kitchens

Boulder Food Halls

Boulder has 3 food halls, holding 19 separately listed kitchens between them. Two are downtown off Pearl Street and one is on University Hill.

Avanti Food & Beverage

Downtown / Pearl Street · 7 kitchens listed

The Pearl Street food hall, and the one with the rooftop. You order from whichever stall you fancy, the bar is shared, and the roof deck looks west at the Flatirons. Stalls turn over regularly, which is the point of the format and also why this list is generated rather than typed.

Hilltop Food Court

University Hill · 9 kitchens listed

The Hill's food court, a short walk from campus and priced for students. Not a designed food hall in the Avanti sense, but functionally the same thing: one door, a dozen kitchens, shared seating. It holds more separately-listed businesses than either of the other two.

A kitchen is listed when it has its own Google Business Profile at the hall's address. Stalls trading under the hall's own listing do not appear, so these are confirmed counts rather than complete ones. Nothing here is paid placement.

Questions

What food halls does Boulder have?

Avanti Food & Beverage, Rosetta Hall, Hilltop Food Court. Avanti and Rosetta Hall are purpose-built halls a block apart downtown, both with rooftops. Hilltop is the Hill's student food court, which is functionally the same thing and priced considerably lower.

Are food hall stalls cheaper than restaurants?

Usually, because the stall is not paying for its own dining room, bar or front-of-house. The trade is a shorter menu and a counter rather than a table. Prices for the stalls we hold menus for are searchable on our dish pages alongside every other Boulder restaurant.

Why do your stall lists look short?

Because a kitchen only appears if it has its own Google Business Profile. Plenty of food-hall stalls trade under the hall's listing instead and are invisible to us. We would rather show the confirmed list and tell you it is partial than pad it out with guesses.
